What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing Inbound Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to customer problems.
- Helping Customers Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, including hardware and software issues.
- Assisting with Billing Concerns: Help customers resolve billing issues, including payment disputes and account inquiries.
- Ensuring Social Media Content Appropriateness: Review and ensure that social media content is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
- Delivering Expert Customer Experiences: Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing solutions to customer problems.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience, including experience with inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.
- Ability to Connect to the Internet with an Ethernet Cord: You'll need a reliable internet connection and a computer with an Ethernet port.
- Proficiency in Fast-Paced Multi-Tasking: You'll need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.
- Eagerness to Learn New Technologies: You'll need to be willing to learn new technologies, including CRM systems, software applications, and data analytics.
- Strong PC Knowledge and Computer Navigation Skills: You'll need to be proficient in using a computer, including navigating software applications, using a mouse, and typing.
- Ability to Work Rotational Shifts: You'll need to be able to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
