The Role

As an e-commerce support specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. You'll work closely with our clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we'll provide training for (Experience preferred but not required). Your primary goal will be to answer customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media

  • Answer customer service tickets in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail
  • Work closely with clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as required by clients
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide creative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and e-commerce

What We Look For:

* Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

  • Some experience in customer-facing roles (not required to be customer service specifically)
  • A genuine interest in the e-commerce space and a passion for helping others
  • Ability to answer multiple inquiries across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, etc.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to relate with people and be empathetic, with a calm and composed demeanor
  • Ability to work within US time zones (PST, CST, EST)
