The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone and email. You will be responsible for:
* Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
* Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be:
* Fluent in Danish and have a good command of English
* Flexible and dynamic, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Able to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
