Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful online community on our official Discord server. This part-time, remote position requires a flexible and adaptable individual who can effectively manage user interactions, enforce community guidelines, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Moderate the chat of the official Discord server, ensuring that all user interactions align with our community guidelines and rules
- Delete messages made by users that violate the rules of the Discord server
- Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of the rules of the Discord server
- Mute users who have violated the rules of the Discord server
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of the rules of the Discord server
- Collaborate with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies
- Provide excellent customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and moderation
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with Discord and community management tools
- Experience in moderating online communities or forums
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service or support roles
- Familiarity with arenaflex's services and mission
- Knowledge of computer programming languages and development
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Certification in community management or moderation
