You own the P&L, deliver top-line growth, and execute plans that maximize sales performance. Success requires building deep customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across functions to turn insights into action. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Costco and BJ's to drive revenue, market share, and profitability; own full P&L responsibility including forecasting, trade spend management, margin optimization, and deduction control
- Build and nurture deep, strategic relationships with Costco and BJ's buyers and stakeholders
- Drive internal understanding and alignment around customer-specific requirements, including pallet programs, packaging changes, advertising initiatives, and merchandising expectations; collaborate internally and across the Customer Development team on club-channel strategy including innovation, assortment/pack formats, pricing, and promotional planning
- Lead broker relationships, setting expectations and monitoring performance.

- Champion omnichannel growth by leveraging e-commerce best practices at Costco and BJ's

- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in CPG sales, with minimum 3 years sales experience and success in club/wholesale channels (Costco, BJ's) required; experience selling into Costco required
- Proven track record of growing large accounts, securing listings, and driving incremental revenue and profit and a strong analytical mindset with expertise in syndicated data, POS, shopper insights, and KPI dashboards
- Advanced negotiation and communication skills with executive presence
- Experience managing teams and indirect partners (brokers, distributors)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for driving business growth and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Bachelor's degree required
