Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team remotely, specializing in entity taxation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with partnerships, LLC, S Corps, and some HNWIs. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team remotely. This role is crucial in managing our tax compliance and planning efforts for various entities, ensuring adherence to regulations while providing strategic tax advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and review tax compliance for C corporations, S corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and trusts.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax documentation and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
• Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting entities and individuals.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on entities and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations for various business structures.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and understanding of wealth management principles.
• Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
