Audio Editor for Weekly Podcast Episodes
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented video/podcast editor to turn raw multi-camera footage into polished, professional long-form episodes on a consistent weekly basis. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who has a strong workflow, communicates well, and can deliver high-quality work without heavy direction. There is also potential for increased weekly volume as we continue to expand our content output. Project Overview: Weekly podcast (1 episode per week, with potential for more) ~30-minute episodes Multi-cam (3 angles) 4K, 60fps footage with WAV audio (already synced) Editing Style: Light editing approach (minimal cuts, remove only dead space) No filler word or pause removal unless requested Maintain natural conversation flow Clean, professional final product Responsibilities: Edit and switch between 3 camera angles, including combining close-up shots or incorporating desktop/screen capture when appropriate for the content Create a compelling 30-second intro using selected clips and provided music Perform audio mixing as needed (no color correction required) Apply provided lower thirds and graphics Deliver final 4K export Deliverables: 1 completed episode per week (with opportunity for more) 1-week turnaround time Open to 1 to 2 revisions per episode Must provide Adobe Premiere Pro project files for internal adjustments Tools & Workflow: Adobe Premiere Pro preferred File sharing via OneDrive Style Reference: https://www.youtube.com/@afg.advisors https://www.youtube.com/TheDiaryOfACEO Ideal Candidate: Experienced in podcast and long-form video editing Strong attention to detail and consistency Able to follow a structured workflow Comfortable working independently Reliable with deadlines If you’re interested, please share examples of similar podcast or multi-cam editing work.
