Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone calls, emails, and live chat interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management as needed
• Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Recording details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently
• Developing rapport with customers through positive and upbeat interactions
• Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
• 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening multiple tabs
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
• Ability to work from home in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
