Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat on our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide friendly and efficient service experiences to customers via live chat, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze customer queries and issues, providing accurate solutions or guidance efficiently, while ensuring the optimal customer journey.
  • Feedback Management: Collect, track, and report customer feedback and trends to upper management to assist in service improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including support, sales, and technical teams, to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with product changes, policies, and procedural updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system to facilitate follow-up and issue tracking.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics set by the team lead or department head.
  • Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance skills and maintain a high level of expertise on products and services.

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, support, or chat specialist role in a remote or virtual environment.
