Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work closely with customers to fulfill their banking needs and connect them with account services. You'll perform a variety of receptionist, secretarial, and clerical duties, as well as handle day-to-day transactions. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers open checking and savings accounts, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

• Maintain customer accounts and help resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner
• Refer customers to loan officers or other financial specialists, providing expert guidance and support
• Record transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining the highest level of data integrity
• Count and package currency, ensuring the security and accuracy of our cash handling processes
• Reconcile cash drawers, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues
• Promote arenaflex's products and services, helping customers achieve their financial goals
• Communicate effectively with other bank team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Manage Safe Deposit Boxes, ensuring customer access and compliance with regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Prior banking experience is preferred but not required; we're looking for individuals with a strong customer service background

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of banking experience, with a focus on customer service and account management

• 1 year of data entry experience, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
