Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts
  • Responding to support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers
  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, including information about discounts, shipping rates, return policies, and in-stock items
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working independently to manage multiple chat sessions and prioritize tasks effectively

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
