Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Sales Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support
  • Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participating in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a unionized environment or with a unionized workforce

  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including multicultural and multilingual communities
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading or mentoring teams
