What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Experience Support Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring customer contacts are addressed, questions are answered, and quality standards are met for each interaction
  • Striving for first call resolution and a positive customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Staying informed on product updates, new tools, and departmental processes while seeking improvement opportunities
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions within the customer database
  • Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate resources

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service or relevant experience
  • Availability for weekend and/or evening work
  • The ability to handle calls, chats, emails, and texts from students for 80% of the workday
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar
  • Residency in one of the following locations: California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Washington
