Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various digital and phone modalities. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various digital and phone modalities, including phone, chat, social media, and email.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Following all customer service procedures, best-practices, and policies to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Actioning all digital and phone contacts while staying within SLA (service level agreement) times for all mediums.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field.
  • Social media experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • High ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
