Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals by providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and developing strong relationships with our clients. Our team leaders manage 5-10 representatives, and we're committed to promoting from within to ensure that our team members have opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chats, and assist customers by providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving issues

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, as needed
  • Develop a strong understanding of internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers
  • Assist colleagues and managers with various tasks, as needed, to ensure the success of our clients

Qualifications

* Must reside in the United States

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must pass a background check
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work effectively
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must have the minimum equipment requirements (see below)

Minimum Equipment Requirements

* Hard drive: 20 GB or more of available space, 60 GB or more of total space

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 (Note: Windows 8.1 is not supported by some client programs), or Mac with a minimum i5
  • Internet Connection: Hard-wired connection (no wireless), minimum 10 Mbps download, minimum 3 Mbps upload (Wi-fi is not supported)

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $10-$12 per hour

  • Rapid salary increases available based on performance

  • Paid training: 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday, for 3-4 weeks at $7.25 per hour
