Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Insights Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for driving customer loyalty by overseeing reviews, investigating information, and presenting actionable insights to our stakeholders. You'll work closely with our Sr. Director to develop and implement customer insights strategies that inform our business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the Sr. Director to develop and implement customer insights strategies that inform our business decisions

  • Design, develop, and disseminate surveys to gather customer feedback and insights
  • Analyze customer feedback data and present actionable insights to our stakeholders using clear and engaging visuals and language
  • Present findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to senior leaders
  • Proactively partner with cross-functional teams to ensure open communication and continuous relationship improvement
  • Continuously review and enhance the survey process to ensure it remains relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain top-tier research methods

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in market research or customer insights
  • Mastery of various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with survey development and programming (e.g., survey plan and software)
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to learn survey software and other tools quickly
  • Experience with or ability to learn statistical/research software (e.g., SPSS, Medallia/Qualtrics)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

* Ability to understand the situation in its entirety and relate insights across various assets

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
