Responsibilities

As a Detail-Oriented Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering data into our QuickClaim system using a consistent flow of images, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
• Identifying document types based on provided guidelines, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong understanding of our systems.
• Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the trust and security of our clients' sensitive data.
• Collaborating professionally with other team members as needed, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed each day before clocking out, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Performing other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation & Schedule

* Pay Rate: $12 per hour, competitive and reflective of your skills and experience.

• Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with full-time preferred, offering a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Available shifts vary between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Requirements

• Commitment to maintaining client data confidentiality, upholding the trust and security of our clients' sensitive information.
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English, communicating effectively with colleagues and clients.

Typing Requirements

* WPM: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy, meeting the demands of our QuickClaim system.

• KPH: 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy, ensuring high-speed and accuracy in your typing.
