Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in transforming our operations and enhancing client experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting data into our system from provided images
- Identifying document types based on the provided documentation
- Reviewing and verifying that entered data meets quality standards
- Ensuring confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborating professionally with team members as needed
- Suggesting improvements or enhancements to job processes
- Completing all tasks for the day
- Performing other basic office duties as assigned
Schedule & Pay
We offer competitive hourly rates and flexible scheduling options to fit your needs. Our part-time and full-time positions are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Our shift hours vary between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday.
- Hourly Rate: $12
- Shifts: Part-time and full-time positions available. Full-time preferred.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will be a quick learner with the ability to follow instructions, committed to maintaining client data confidentiality, and proficient in English. Additionally, our ideal candidate will have:
- Typing Speed Requirements: 50 WPM at 95% accuracy and 4,500 KPH at 95% accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
