Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to manage calls on our inbound and outbound programs. As the voice of our clients, you'll be responsible for providing product information, service information, and resolving technical issues, while maintaining a professional and polite demeanor. This is a part-time opportunity that offers flexible scheduling, remote work options, and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing all calls in a timely manner, identifying callers' needs, and resolving issues
• Providing customers with product and service information, as well as accurately processing online reservations
• Documenting call information according to standard operating procedures and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors, while maintaining Quality Assurance Standards
• Participating in ongoing training for all arenaflex client programs and accounts
• Performing other duties as assigned, including cross-training and multitasking in multiple programs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of call center or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of computer software, including navigation and typing skills to manage multiple programs, platforms, and systems
• Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
• Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
• Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills
• Ability to cross-train and multitask in multiple programs
• Dependability and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Fluency in English
