As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our founder and other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate our online course platform. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Learning our software product and providing expert support to customers via email, chat, or phone
  • Collaborating with our founder and other team members to develop and maintain comprehensive help center documentation
  • Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter, helping us to identify and resolve problems before they affect our customers
  • Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve our product and support processes

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in native-like English, with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally with experience in this space)
  • Basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its role in website setup and management (familiarity with CNAME and CAA DNS records is a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
