Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support and resolving technical issues
• Assisting customers with billing concerns and ensuring the appropriateness of social media content
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile and a passion for helping others
• Working rotational shifts as needed to ensure seamless customer support

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience required
• Ability to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
