Who are our Brand Champions?

Our Brand Champions are problem-solvers at heart, with a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service with high energy and a focus on building genuine connections with customers. They're experts in troubleshooting, with excellent communication skills, and a desire to actively engage and listen to their customers. Our Brand Champions exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution. They're also able to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion at arenaflex, you'll work diligently with your customers, providing them with solutions, answering general customer service questions, and resolving service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Your goal will be to provide one call resolution, owning all your customer interactions and ensuring that you and your customers feel supported and satisfied in every interaction. You'll end your day satisfied in knowing that you've made a positive impact on someone's life, and that you've contributed to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Brand Champion Skillset

To be successful as a Brand Champion at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to actively engage and listen to your customers
  • Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work from Home Equipment You Will Need

To work from home as a Brand Champion, you'll need to have the following equipment:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
  • Company-provided equipment
