Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our internal and external customers through various communication channels, including mail, email, and telephone. You'll be responsible for establishing strong relationships, resolving complex issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
• Establish Strong Relationships: Determine customer needs by asking detailed questions, and build rapport through effective communication.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Clarify issues, research and explore answers and alternative solutions, and implement solutions to resolve customer disputes.
- Maintain Call Center Database: Enter information into our call center database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Online Support Website: Review, answer, and resolve any issues for all inquiries from our online support website.
- Voicemail Calls: Return voicemail calls and answer and resolve all inquiries from customers.
- Correspondence: Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information and create letters and miscellaneous correspondence as needed.
- Enhance Organization Reputation: Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Essential Qualifications
• Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related fields is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with customers.
- Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive Demeanor: Positive and professional demeanor is required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual: Fluency in a second language is highly desirable, but not required.
