Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful individual for the part-time role of Web Chat Assistant. This entry-level position is perfect for a motivated individual who is passionate about customer service and technology. The Web Chat Assistant will play a critical role in enhancing our customer engagement through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through our web chat platform, providing accurate information and assistance. -

Problem Solving:

Identify customer issues and resolve them with the appropriate solution or escalation path, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. -

Product Knowledge:

Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide customers with relevant information and support. -

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to provide insights and feedback to the team. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback on various aspects of services and products to identify areas of improvement and assist in product enhancement. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and departments to share insights and improve customer service practices. -

Adapting to Changes:

Stay updated on product changes, new initiatives, and any operational updates to ensure continuous excellent customer service. -

Performance Tracking:

Meet and strive to exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the management.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a college degree in a relevant field is a plus. -

Experience:

No prior experience is required, though experience in customer service or sales is advantageous. -
