Job Summary

As an arenaflex Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of our Samsung team, providing technical and non-technical assistance to customers in Lithuanian, Russian, and English. If you're fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2), we encourage you to apply. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian, Russian, and English

  • Provide technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Develop efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience
  • Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction targets and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (not required but a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in technical support or a related field

  • Knowledge of Samsung products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00
  • An hourly rate of €8.03 to €8.56 (during trial period and after)
