The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathetic nature will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and find solutions to meet their needs

• Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email
• Maintain customer and driver satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and timely responses
• Report technical issues to the engineering team to ensure prompt resolution
• Report customer feedback to the management team to inform product development and improvement
• Collaborate with other arenaflex staff members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements

* Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to details
• Ability to listen actively and empathetically
• Bilingual a plus (but not required)
• Tech-savviness, with access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access
• Ability to work full-time, with shifts including nights and weekends
