Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate

• Contacting and engaging consumers from provided lead lists from clients, eventually progressing to developing new business and maintaining current relationships
• Answering questions regarding order status, payment, product, promotions, technical problems related to the customer experience
• Displaying active listening skills, perceiving emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizing with customers to enhance an overall positive experience
• Gaining product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and product updates
