Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex products and services, including health insurance plans, coverage details, and billing inquiries.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to higher-level support when necessary, and documenting all interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex offerings, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate support.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Participating in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience

Experience working remotely or independently is a plus, and familiarity with health insurance products, billing processes, or claims is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours

As a remote team member, you'll enjoy flexible working hours, with shifts typically ranging from 20 to 30 hours per week. Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required depending on business needs.
