What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing clear and concise information to customers

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s to ensure seamless communication and data transfer
  • A dedicated, private, and secure workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
  • A personal laptop or desktop computer, which will be required for the training period
  • A commitment to full attendance during the 3-week training period, where you'll learn the ins and outs of our systems and processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, having the following experience and skills will make you a strong candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, where you've honed your problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, which will help you understand our customers' needs and concerns
  • Experience in a call center environment, where you've developed your ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, which will help you navigate our customer relationship management tools
  • Spanish bilingual skills, which will enable you to communicate with our Spanish-speaking customers and provide a more personalized experience
