Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our team in Nigeria. As a Senior Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production process, from design to delivery. You will work closely with our design, production, and logistics teams to ensure that our products are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage the production process, from design to delivery

  • Work closely with our design, production, and logistics teams to ensure that our products are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our quality standards
  • Investigate and resolve any production-related issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure that our products meet customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain
  • Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or logistics

  • 5+ years of experience in production management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and teams
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and quality control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Experience with ERP systems and other production management software

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or logistics

  • Experience in the apparel industry
  • Knowledge of fashion design and production processes
  • Experience with inventory management and control
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Certification in production management or a related field
