Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Integrated Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of monthly FAA reports
- Administering all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer assistance and feedback monitoring for Flight Instructors/Evaluators during observation data access into IDCAT
- Supporting all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative responsibilities, including accounts, new command assistance, etc.
- Downloading Tableau data to the arenaflex server and populating current dashboards
- Analyzing, creating, and visualizing data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards
- Categorizing and managing Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment
- Supporting IDCAT observation form format and generating/capturing data collection office work within the software
- Performing daily education information analyses as defined in AC 120-54a and identifying gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training and representing Flight Ops Safety in selection discussions
- Assisting in, and providing assessment assistance for the quarterly data examination of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP
- Executing IDCAT Inter-Rater Reliability data assessment and facilitating IDCAT academic content
- Performing exceptional task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Broad knowledge of database management, assessment of big and complex databases, and data visualization skills required (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
- Knowledge of integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets
- Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts
- Detail-oriented and strong research skills
- Knowledge of business airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse teams and departments
- Ability to resolve complex problems and perform task responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies if necessary to efficiently meet company objectives
- Ability to be energetic, self-motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and a willingness to excellence
Education and Experience:
* Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate level experience, preferably with significant records in:
+ Data assessment and visualization, task management + Tableau data visualization + Complex dataset assessment
