Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as a remote Website Chat Support Agent. In this role, you'll provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers who interact with our clients' websites. You'll utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers and escalate more complex issues to your supervisor. This is a fully remote position, and you'll need a device that can access social media and website chat functions, as well as a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

As a Website Chat Support Agent, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers who interact with our clients' websites
  • Utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers
  • Escalate complex issues to your supervisor for resolution
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Be available to work at least 20 hours per week
