You'll utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers and escalate more complex issues to your supervisor. This is a fully remote position, and you'll need a device that can access social media and website chat functions, as well as a reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities
As a Website Chat Support Agent, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers who interact with our clients' websites
- Utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers
- Escalate complex issues to your supervisor for resolution
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Be available to work at least 20 hours per week
