Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk – Operations Agent - MSP, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a wide range of tasks, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations. Your primary duties will include:

  • Client Support Specialist: You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing friendly and efficient support to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Data Entry: You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Operations Support: You'll provide administrative support to our operations team, handling tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: You'll be responsible for handling customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling: You'll be responsible for handling cash, checks, credit cards, and other forms of payment, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Inventory Management: You'll be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately counted and recorded.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You'll be responsible for generating reports and analyzing data to help us improve our operations and customer service.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with our clients and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: You'll need to have a high level of attention to detail to accurately enter data and handle cash transactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
