Key Responsibilities

As an IT Site Director at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the IT Site Support team, ensuring seamless IT operations, and driving innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Investigating complex application, equipment, and network issues, documenting, analyzing, and resolving heightened support tickets.
  • Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, representatives, and operations management to provide top-notch IT solutions rapidly.
  • Working with our organization's leaders to identify, suggest, develop, and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support our rapid growth.
  • Managing daily IT operations, including network design and investigation, project management, leadership of local IT Support specialists, data cabling, and system organization in various software and hardware conditions.
  • Developing and implementing IT procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 4 years of experience providing technical support in a customer-facing environment.
  • MS certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or MCITP.
  • In-depth knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0.
  • Proficiency in IT areas such as Microsoft Networking, Mobile Device Management, and RF Technologies.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills in a multi-client, high-pressure environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with information cabling and PC office maintenance.

  • Proven track record of driving IT Support teams.
  • Demonstrated skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and disposal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with peers, management, employees, and vendors.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts, relationships, and service outages.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per day.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Participation in an on-call support rotation and ability to respond to emergency situations.
  • Experience working in a SLA-driven environment.
  • Experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment.
  • Cisco CCNA certification.
  • Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl device management.
  • Ability to manage high-priority projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation.
