Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct pre-and post-examination of client programs, business initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for business growth.

• Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing).
• Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models.
• Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions.
• Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth.
• Support the development and improvement of arenaflex tools and systems to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop business case outlines.
• Perform other related and assigned duties.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or forecasting.
• Experience in management consulting or operations management is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of financial statements and balance sheets.
• Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL.

• Familiarity with statistical analysis using R or similar tools.
• Knowledge of data mining and business intelligence tools, such as Edge Minder or similar software.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Functional understanding of sales, distribution, warehouse, and production processes.
• Project management or support experience.
