Your Role in Our Mission

As an Inbound Call Centre Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound and making outbound calls to new and existing customers
  • Delivering a best-in-class customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Dealing with vulnerable customers with care and sensitivity
  • Entering accurate records of customer conversations into our customer platform
  • Following processes and guidelines that align with company and FCA regulations
  • Escalating customer issues with management when necessary
  • Achieving personal and team targets in a contact centre environment
  • Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in our customer relationship management system

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience working as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Efficient administrative skills
  • Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • 1 year of experience in a contact centre environment

The Details

We offer a flexible working shift pattern of 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm. You'll have the opportunity to work from home, enjoying a comfortable and productive environment.

The Interview Process

Our interview process typically includes:

  • A 20-minute phone call with our Talent Manager
  • A 30-minute video interview with our Hiring Manager
  • A 35-minute case study to give you a taster of the role
  • A 30-minute in-person interview with our Head of Department, Stakeholder, and/or Team
