Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support, all while maintaining a high level of quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to member and provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high-quality service and quality standards are met.

  • Perform follow-up activities with members and providers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Work under close supervision and within established policies, practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Utilize your language skills to communicate effectively with members and providers who speak English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide support to members and providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions with members and providers.

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a call center environment, customer service, or a related field.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and providers.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and other shared systems and platforms.
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills, with the ability to use multiple computer applications simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you'll be eligible for a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A starting base pay range of $31,900 - $43,900 per year.
