As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing solutions that meet their needs
• Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to resolve customer issues and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses
• Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior support representatives or management as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in customer service software and tools a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

• Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
