Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and driving business growth through effective communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with our team. You will work closely with our Merchant Services team to resolve customer complaints, provide mentorship and coaching to colleagues, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat channels, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with the Merchant Services team to resolve customer issues and provide support to our merchant partners
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to improve their performance and provide guidance on best practices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and quality
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve customer experiences and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and leadership
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or other data analysis tools, with the ability to perform data analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role in the food delivery or logistics industry
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to create reports and dashboards to inform business decisions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
