What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining sustainable relationships of trust: Develop open and transparent communication with customers and teammates to ensure seamless interactions and resolution of inquiries.
  • Providing timely solutions and alternatives: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering effective solutions and alternatives to meet their needs.
  • Uploading Certificates of Insurance (COIs): Accurately upload COIs into our software program to ensure efficient and secure data management.
  • Responding to support emails and maintaining communications: Handle inbound and outbound phone communications, as well as support emails, to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting in training customers: Collaborate with customers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to utilize our software effectively and achieve satisfaction.

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required experience in the commercial insurance industry: Familiarity with commercial insurance products, including Certificates of Insurance, is essential for this role.
  • Entry-level experience working with Certificates of Insurance: Basic understanding of COIs and their importance in the commercial insurance industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel: Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, teammates, and stakeholders through various channels.
