What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers: Providing timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
- Professionally responding to customer inquiries: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management: Recognizing and addressing critical issues that require escalation and reporting to senior management.
- Following up on complicated customer interactions where required: Ensuring that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction and that follow-up is provided as needed.
- Recording details of customer interactions (proficiently and accurately): Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to ensure seamless support and resolution.
- Develop rapport with customers, with an upbeat and positive attitude: Building strong relationships with customers through friendly and approachable communication.
- Offer solutions- not excuses: Providing creative and effective solutions to customer issues, rather than simply apologizing or making excuses.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred): Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality.
- 1 year of call center (preferred): Experience working in a call center environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Basic knowledge of computers e.g navigation, 30+ words per minute, copy/paste, open tabs (required): Familiarity with computer navigation, typing speed, and basic computer skills.
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required): Strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah: Must be a resident of one of these states to be eligible for this role.
