Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, utilizing provided tools to ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions

• Utilizing call scripting and automatic dialers to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of one year of Call Center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
• Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues

• Exceptional attendance and punctuality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
