Job Summary

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Remote Customer Service Advisors to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Presenting and answering questions about our services and products to customers, using effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the arenaflex brand
  • Building relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers, and providing value to your performance-driven team
  • Balancing multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail, and maintaining a high level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Using customer service skills to present and answer questions about services and products to customers, and having fun while providing value to your performance-driven team

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, customers, and co-workers
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
  • Ability to commit to 3 weeks of full-time paid training, and work a flexible schedule, including ONE weekend day
  • Availability on Saturdays and holidays, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of remote work tools and technologies
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and develop your knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
