Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information about our products and services. You will also work closely with our internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide information about our products and services, including benefits, features, and pricing.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and average handle time (AHT).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service).

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM systems and customer service software.

  • Knowledge of healthcare and insurance industry regulations and compliance.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in their preferred language.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
