Position Overview
We're seeking Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, connecting with our customers through live chat, phone, email, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Serving as the voice of arenaflex through live chat, phone, email, and social media, providing a unique and unscripted customer experience.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with care, offering creative solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.
- Sharing customer feedback with the team to enhance the customer experience and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Taking ownership of the customer experience and contributing to a positive team culture.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, empathetic, and professional attitude, with a passion for beauty and wellness.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot effectively, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
