Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing the highest level of Serviceship to all patients, internal and external customers, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting patients with physical injuries from trauma, providing detailed solutions and answers to their inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate contacts as needed.
  • Serving as a liaison for callers, exemplifying arenaflex's core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence.
  • Supporting arenaflex office staff in conducting outbound communication with patients as needed.
  • Multitasking and working under pressure, accepting change or diversity within the workplace.
  • Working closely with internal staff to ensure smooth processes and effective communication.
  • Exuding passion and empathy in all interactions with patients and staff.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and oral, with patients and staff.
  • Ability to perform individually and as a team member, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to absorb knowledge about arenaflex and effectively communicate and answer questions from patients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP).
