Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed as a Remote Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
