Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Develop and implement customer service strategies that drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of excellence within your team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, net promoter score, and first call resolution
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

What You'll Need to Succeed

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service technologies
  • Strong knowledge of airline operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and customer service processes
