Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and build relationships
• Handling inbound customer service inquiries and problems in a professional and courteous manner
• Identifying customer needs and routing them to the appropriate department to ensure timely resolution
• Working in a blended call center environment, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to meet customer needs
• Supporting sales campaigns related to corporate needs, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Accurately documenting all call information in our system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in outbound calling techniques, including cold calling and telemarketing
• Experience with outbound dialing, upselling, telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales is a plus
• Mortgage, banking, or financial industry experience is a plus
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
