The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized phone and email interactions. You'll work closely with customers to explain the features of our insurance products, providing clear and concise information to help them make informed decisions. This is not a call center environment, and you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

* Handle phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers in a friendly and patient manner

  • Prepare well-written responses to customers, addressing their questions and concerns
  • Process insurance quotes, coordinate underwriting, and assemble insurance certificates digitally
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage customer interactions and documentation

Other Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex's insurance products and services

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Adapt to seasonal work volume fluctuations and adjust work schedule accordingly
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by maintaining open communication and teamwork

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to adjust work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
  • Prior client service experience and/or insurance license is a significant advantage
  • All applicants must be based in the US

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
